Following an extensive renovation by Hamak Hotels, it re-emerged as a 70-room boutique property within Hilton's Tapestry Collection, now housing two distinct dining concepts: Cocina de las Californias, a farm-to-table celebration of the Californias' culinary legacy, and El Patio, a Baja-Mediterranean room anchored in wheat, olive oil, and the fresh catch.
